We are Creative Catalysts. That covers it! Think of us as a mix between business coach, art ambassadors, tech support, and savvy social connectors. Some examples:

•Hand in Hand runs Israel’s first and only network of integrated, bilingual schools where Jews and Arabs study together in both Hebrew and Arabic.
Problem:
the potential for declining donations because of the economic toll on big donors
Solution
: After exhaustive analysis of the current state of Hand in Hand’s fundraising efforts, as well as their online presence, our detailed recommendations report recommended a strategy of increasing their online donor base, who historically give smaller amounts, but are more engaged.
We used the power of analytics to help them recognize their strengths and identify weaknesses in their fundraising approaches, online presence, and internal processes.
The report included executable strategies for using the web and social media to exponentially expand their network.
We developed tools to help engage and empower those in the network to conduct their own fundraising efforts to help an organization whose mission truly resonated with them.

The Mayor’s Office of the City of Portland wanted fresh ideas and approaches to help small businesses during the “Great Recession.”
•Solution:
First, we identified a core problem of fragmentation and duplicate effort among government agencies, and organizations whose mission it is to help small business.
We then developed recommendations on ways that citizens and organizations could help more easily organize the overwhelming, yet hard to find, information available to small businesses. An innovative “search” mechanism based on tagging content to provide clear and easy access to the information was then developed. We took a complex, intractable problem, and crafted and innovative, elegant, and very cost-effective solution.

•Local photographer Kimberly Warner was inspired to write a short film script, full of depth, emotion, and stunning visual ideas. She had the passion and the story, but she didn’t know where to start to turn her vision into a film.
Our founder, Matt Schulte, guided her through the complex process of making a short film. From fundraising, selecting talent, picking the crew, location scouting, to the shoot itself, he helped make CPR a reality. Following post-production, Unified Studies will craft an individualized transmedia business model for the film, maximizing its potential to be seen.
